Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Bay Area Performing Arts's Fall 2025 Season! We have an exciting time ahead! At Bay Area Performing Arts we provide a positive, family-oriented, and growth-filled experience for all our students!
All students with a positive attitude who audition will be cast in at least one show! We strive to provide a place for students of all ages and experience levels to learn and love theatre!
Please see the following requirements for auditions:
Students of all ages and skill levels are welcome! New to theatre? Please use the following suggestions as a guideline to help you prepare. We would love to meet you!
Students Ages 11 and Under
-Verse and Chorus from Musical Theatre Song (to be sung with a track or a cappella)
Students Ages 12-13
-Verse and Chorus from Musical Theatre Song (with track)
-30-60 Second Monologue
-Resume and headshot are encouraged.
Students Ages 14 and Up
-Verse and Chorus from Comedic Musical Theatre Song (with track)
-Verse and Chorus from Dramatic Musical Theatre Song (with track)
-60-90 Second Monologue
-Resume and headshot are encouraged.
EASTERN SHORE AUDITIONS: 8/7 and 8/8
MOBILE AUDITIONS: 8/6
ALL CALLBACKS: 8/10
Every student gets a 5-minute time slot, which will be scheduled and assigned. An audition schedule will be sent a few days before your audition. Students may or may not be offered callbacks, but they will be notified if they are at the end of the preliminary auditions.
